The standard size for Expandable Card Games is 2.5 x 3.5 inches. The card files you'll get are set up at 2.7 x 3.7 inches so you can trim your print-outs to have clean 1/8 inch borders back and front. Each expansion of cards will have an Adobe PDF file consisting of the back image for the cards as well as a Front and Back image for a Title Card that matches with the series available on the Expansion page, as well Instructions for the game.

Printing Reccomendations:

Use at least 61 pound (11 mil) Premium Matte photo paper and a printer that uses 6 colors (Cyan, Light Cyan, Magenta, Light Magenta, Yellow, and Black) instead of the normal 4 colors. I personally get great results on an Epson Stylus Photo 1400 using Photo Supreme Double-Sided Matte Paper from Staples.
